error 1290	Permalink

Any ideas what error code 1290 represents? The printer just finished a cleaning and now this message is constant on the lcd screen and cannot print anything. Thanks in advance for any inisght! We had a message for the last week that said "time to change cap pump" - it's probably related. shut down machine to skip error recovery when powering on machine, press Cancel and Shift keys and Power On button. you'll get to maintenance mode password! (shift, up, down, right) go to counters and reset Prime Assembly. machine is telling you to replace prime assembly - you don't have to do it immediately... __________________ Print Long and Prosper
