I am printing a job and after a half meter the printer just pauses and it says printing and onyx is saying printing __________________

I have a 64S and it is doing the same on normal prints. I have to go to high quality or high density to get aroud it. It's a Onyx software issue. If enough people call them maybe it will be repaired. __________________

Go offline, down arrow 5 times, enter and pick 02 high quality, enter and back to online __________________

I changed the scsi card and it seems like the problem is solved. __________________

Hi there, I hope someone can help, my seiko 64s on test print mode prints just 1 line and goes back to the capping station then freezes, yet the LCD screen writes printing. I have disconnected the computer to enable me ascertain if it's from the computer or the printer and I have confirmed it's a printer problem. __________________ abdul
