Do you or will you have access to Seiko parts?

Hi

we are having some limited success, we are not in a position to offer a service yet. But I will keep everybody upto date. The best thing to do for now is to keep any blocked printhead, flush them with the capping fluid using a syringe, and keep the nozzle print.

If we are able to offer a service we will need them in that state (so that they don't get any worse) and the testprint will help identify the problem areas.

Regards

Shaun

shaun, just curious what problems are you seeing? we've tried flushing them ourselves, using ultrasounds and other various equipment, but the heads do not seem to be consistant?!? how long will the heads survive once they've been flushed? Are you aiming for a 100% retun of all the jets or something slightly less?
