my printer has bulk ink system installed by graphtec , now  doesnt do cleaning , at all , no ink charging at all , do not fill caps , does someone know service engineer or tel no to someone who is in uk , we are based in London .

Bulk Ink systems will make you or Break you.

Questions for you .
Whose Bulk Ink System did you buy (manufacturer):

Have you reset the chip counter?

You could also have bad sensors on the sub tank.

Head cleaning? do a cap fill.

What I found with the bulk ink systems is that some automatic features disappear.

Hi there , my printer also does only the cleaning count down on the LCD display but does not do cleaning itself. Can someone let me know why and the solution?
