HP 9000s, 1190 Error? printer just stops when i send a print

I just changes all of my dampers in the printer.  First time I have done that.  I bought the printer used about a year and a half ago.  Havent had any real problems.  Since I have changed the dampers, I have been having a problem.  When I send a filr from my rip software (onyx) to the printer, it initializes, and does everything normal, but when it starts printing, it prints about 1 bar, and then the head carriage just stops in its place, wherever it is.  Then the printer starts beeping, and i get a System error 1190, power system on/off.  I do that, and nothing changes, it does it everytime.  Any idea of what this could be?   I can run a nozzle test, and it prints that fine.  Please Help

did a site search for your error got this

1190 is normally the voltage from the head board not being correct. this may be down to the board itself or dodgy ribbon cables.
