Hi, Does anyone can help me understanding the Ink Pump function. I can see the Light Cyan ink is pumped to the sub-tank but the

tubing is empty after the sub tank. All other inks are fine in the test print but Light Cyan. I believe there are 2 pumps for each color.

There is no error message on the display.

I will appreciate if someone can share their knowledge with me.
