Anyone know how to adjust print head voltage for individual heads? Also, On the DOS side of the software, is there an access code for getting into the service side of the software? Probably makes no sense.....but there it is...... Jerry __________________

As far as I know there is know way to adjust individual head voltage. I believe you can only adjust the range of voltage which would affect all of the heads. I'm not sure how to though. As far as service mode, are you referring to "scroll lock, scroll lock, (up) arrow"??? __________________
