My vutek UltraVu II 3360EC the pumps does not pull ink and in the secundary tanks there is no ink and in the software does not match any error, can anyone had this problem????
Can you describe your problem a little more. Were you printing and this suddenly happened or has this printer not been active in a while. Your pixel switch could be turned off. Your secondary ink tank sensor could be bad(try swapping the sensor with one you know works). Could also be the pump( just swap ink lines to test).
