Hello.

I have a problem in a Vutek Qs220.

The ultravu soft donīt recognize the ink corretly.

Is similar when the ink isnīt vutek.

I think that can be a problem whith the smart card. But I donīt know fix it.

Can sombody help me?

Possibly you have changed the date of your computer in the bios, you must modify to a current date.
