just put all 3 mag heads in new.   entered voltages for new heads (and noticed none of the other heads had correct voltages set) and now am getting some "overspray" or maybe gassing before and/or after the print.

Also even thogh I have voltages of 19.7 and 20.4 for packs 18 and 21- they are registering at 27 or 28 v. they won't drop to set voltage.

I am printing a black background with different overlapping swooshes of 4/c gray gradations and while it starts out looking good- when it starts hitting the lighter grays I get some striping/banding....by the end of the 8 ft print- my neutral gray swooshes have taken on a greenish tint- like the mag is dropping out...

This machine is really becoming a nightmare for me. any help would be greatly appreciated.
