Seiko told me that a card was required to install the firm ware.

Coluld you tell me your update procedure?

Karst41 I have the last firmware for seiko colorpainter 64s but i dont know what it fix ?
no cards needed for upgrade de firmware, is an easy procedure, but i'm afraid to do it because i dont know for what is the upgrade.!
You know for what is the new firmware ?

According to Seiko (USA) the latest version is 2.1

There is also a SCSI Up Date and according to Seiko (USA) they
have mixed reports saying that you have a 50/50 shot at the SCSI UpDate embedding properly.

My take on the SCSI Up Date is that if it aint broke dont fix it.

The Firmware would be a worth while pursuit.

Firmware for 100s

Hello,

I'm looking for the latest firmware for the Seiko 100s. The only reason I'm looking for this is to get rid of that error "Lift lever..."/"Out of paper" which ruins the prints and give me no choice to continue with the current firmware. Please help me! Thank you!
