We are currently are having problems printing from Quark 6 to Wasatch SP 5.1.6

When we try to open the file in Wasatch, the screen blinks and never opens anything. The only way we can get it to print is to make a high res PDF. Are we the only ones with this problem??? Quark is a pain  and we prefer using InDesign, but when the files are supplied in Quark we always have this issue.

Any ideas?
