Do I hate this machine? Ever since I bought this machine four years ago, I have dispose away eight container of 4 gallon waste ink. Imagine the amount of money we are throwing (pouring) away? The amount of printed graphics just barely cover back what has been thrown away!
When service guy come to service my machine, they bring along with them a hatchet(so as to chop off my head), you die die also have to pay up! Every profit made, almost all goes back to this machine!

hi Also have an out of service 64S about 3 years old, have already replaced a few parts myself, so the service manual would be a great help. Looking to replace a couple of heads next, any suggestions on a good place to buy them?

Well I guess I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with 64S troubles. I could go on and on about the problems but I think we all know what they are, service contract being the biggest one. So with that I would greatly appreciate a copy of the service manual, art@pregraph.net
