I have a seiko that does not make cleaning ,anything else is o.k

not quite sure what you mean.
are you saying:
- that you can't clean the heads automatically, and you have nozzles out?
- the printer does not do an automatic clean when requested?
please expand on what the printer does or does not do.

yes the machine is not make auto clean evry thing elses working o.k
no eror massage

what settings have you applied to the cleaning cycles?
have you set them for a certain time i.e. every 6 hours

No special time,even just operate the cleaning from the panel it does not work
