engine error 11c0

Hi all!!

Im having misplacement of print (photo),  and when the print is finished the display on printer is showing an engine error 11C0  turn printer on/off (photo).       I have checked on the maintenance manual and found its a capping problem but everthing seems right, also checked the steel belt, no slack.

Any clues please?

 Thanks!

i thought it was solved but made it again today. I've browsed bit to find clues and found that could be the encoder strip or encoder reader. Where are these?

thanks.

I'm not sure if its that plastic stip along the way at the top of the carriage, where there is a sensor reader to it. I cleaned this and cables attached to head and edge of cables to the board and is working fine now. Hope that was it.
