this is classic nozzle displacement. basically it means that even though they are all firing, there is some build up of ink or muck in the actual jets causing them to become misdirected. the only way you can overcome this is to manually clean the heads using the cleaning fluid or leave them to soak in a cap-fill for 30mins/60mins/overnight. even then it might not fully work depending on how tough the build up is.
is it all the heads or just one color? normally i've only seen this on the lt cyan and black, due to the dodgy ink batches. if it's all the colors then i would suggest that the daily cleaning is not being done or the capping station is not locating correctly or maybe the print heater is too high....
Its not in all heads. Only in magenta and black. So, I try and do cap fill and see if it works! Thanks. In the light cyan lines are straight in nozzle check but have some nozzles not firing at all; in which about 7 missing all in the same line; therefore having a thick white band of about 2mm when this colour is in use.
the only thing you can do is to perform the cleans, do a manual clean by getting under the heads yourself or varying lengths of cap fill. you could try putting a drop of the capping fluid into the seals prior to dojng a capfill, as this might make it a bit more agressive. otherwise it's a new head.
