New Cyan cartridge installed, but still getting "empty" reading

Printer tells me to install new Cyan ink cartridge, I do, but it's still indicating that the cartridge is empty. Anyone have any experience with this?

Using OEM ink cartridges. After looking through some threads on this board, I checked out the ink line which had a clogged with dried ink. Ordered a replacement part (though the ink tubes are too short and kink up) but still getting the same error.

So, no solution, yet. Any ideas?

I HAVE JUST BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE MINE THROUGH ASSISTANCE FROM THIS BLOG , BUT YOU HAVE TO BE DETAILED ON THE ERROR MESSAGE WRITTEN ON THE LCD SCREEN , THAT I WILL CHECK THE MANUAL UP FOR YOU AND INTERPRET .  YOU CAN SEND ME A MAIL ON clockworkng@yahoo.com
