What does the printer status say. You must have an error showing.

Sorry but bottom right indicates an error. Printer status shows what. How about the data log.

The screen you are looking at shows the readings for temp and voltage not what they are set at. I would assume since its reading that they are all the same and the temp is reading close to room temperature that there is something wrong with the hp amplifier board. I believe thats what its called. Follow the circuits from the heads to the vertical board on the back of the carraige. Once youve located the board check the main connectors (located on top of the carraige) to make sure they are fully seated. It very well could be a connection issue. The machine should print regardless of the temp and voltage settings but if the hp amplifier board is disconnected then its possible the machine realizes this and prevents and printing.

Still you should have an error showing in the status or log

Do your lamps turn on? Is your machine reading the ink data? Will the machine let you do an ink purge? If yes to all then you may need to check that your pixel switches are on. All of the above can be done with the pixel switches deactivated. The pixel switches are basically on/off toggle switches for the individual color channels. They are located in the bottom right cabinet on the main board. Open the cabinet and look for small (1/4 inch) black plastic toggle switches located roughly in the center of the cabinet. You will have one for each color on your printer. For instance a four color printer will have four and a 7 color will have 7 pixel switches. Just flip them all and see if it works. You may do this with the machine on. Does your printer actually try to print? We really need more information to help you figure this out. Has your printer ever worked? Which processes can you perform and which can you not?

the machine works properly but there is no print.we having printing problems.it works as if it makes prints but it doesnt..there is no error message on the data log. voltage stays still on 25.7 V.
restarting for a few times, then it sometimes prints successfully.if it prints successfully, voltages ranges from 18 V to 22V.
and the temps stays at 120 F .There is a vertical board which is at the right on the carriaqge,on it there are two led lamps which shows 30 V and 60 V.but these led lamps are never on.they are always off.why are they always off, is it usual ?

I'm not sure about the led lights. The fact that the machine does sometimes print means that you heads and boards are still good. Have you checked the connections at the top of the carriage? Look for a board that has vertical systems of the same transistors/resistors. It should be obvious as few circuit boards have such a pattern. Each system would be relative to each ink channel as well as any unused ink channels. Check the connection to this board. Disconnect the cable and reconnect it. Then follow the cable to its other end and do the same here as well. Try printing again. If this doesn't help then you might try disconnecting the cable and printing. If the machine behaves the same that it has been then I would assume the cable is bad but it could still be one of the fittings for the cable at the board.

Hi

I had the same problem that I solved by changing the analog board, I hope that it will be able to adjust your care about

Regards
