Qs lamps problems

Hi everybody

excuse my bad english, i have Many problems with my qs2000 
my right lamp heats quickly while the left remains cold enough. being pragmatic, I trièdre everything, reverser the fan board, reversée the ballasts, reversed lamps. But nothing worked. Can someone give me a solution?

Is the right lamp a problem or are you saying it heats up normally? Any error messages related to the left lamp or mux board? Have you tried swapping the bulbs to confirm they are both working correctly? You may try swapping the power cables going to the left and right lamp housings. This would confirm whether or not the problem is before or after the lamp housing.

Hi, we have a Vutek QS 3200, it have a problem with the lamps.
The board that you changed is the Power Board on the Cabinet AC or is the board on side of the lamp.
