We can't see the import file at vutek vutek is connected to net by ethernet cable. vutek can log on the net without anyproblem but on the computer on which we open the import file can't be seen so we can't send rip file
Is your import file set up as a drive? Check the ip address of the import file from your rip station computer. Then go to the printer. Click setup then network. It will give you the ip address for the printer. If they don't match then change the ip address on the printer. Just type it in on the network page. Our ip address changes from time to time.
