Vutek QS3200: Error! Emergency Stop is Active

I have a problem on QS3200;

We performed several controls:
1. Emergency sensors are disabled
and emergency operating properly;
2. The air pressure is ok;

We have seen the led light (-12V) on the Power Board is off,
who can tell me if the problem is and how can I fix it??

The printer startup generates the error message E-Stop is active.

Thank you.

Maybe one is stuck. Have you tried pushing all four back in and then turning them so they pop out? If not you might have to bypass them. You'll just need to find out if the switch is normally open or closed.

thanks, the four switches work regolaente.
We even removed from their accommodation.
the problem seems to be the tension.
on board the Led (-12V) power is turned off.
and we have seen this tension comes regularly
feeder but it comes at the end.
maybe it damaged his path
that runs through the controller board or motherboard?

Hello Greg,
we had already checked out, the power supply is ok, comes the tension -12 volts.
From the power supply, it goes into the printer controller where there is
the controller board and the interface board.

One of the two path is damaged, but do not know which
card, the local technician tells me that it is difficult to locate the path-12V
especially because we do not have a pattern of cards.

At this point, the only solution seems to have in the home 2 tabs
to rehearse and identify where the fault is.

is right for you?

We are running GS machine and we were having simmilar problems with Estop message but it was caused by damaged Power Board (12 V circuit which controls the estop system).
Cause was on front right estop which cable was touching the media motor shaft and causing short circuit.
My advice would first thoroughly check all the cables to estop if they are not damaged and causing short circuit.It was a really big headache for us...
