yesterday my 3360ec mother board got dead of windows side PC. so i replace it with another board. now the problem is ultraVU software is giving error on opening "WinRT device not found". software open without any problem if i use that interface cards which has chips built-in on it. but at that time firmware PC gives error "interface card not found". so i m bound to use interface card with chip built-in on my firmware side PC & my windows PC is giving error of winrt device not found.... problem is same if i use new interface cards with new inter face cables... waiting for some good suggestions
