Vutek QS 2000 heater circuit problem

Hello everyone.

I have a problem with a Vutek QS 2000.

I turn on the machine and everything is perfect, after five minutes ALL the printheads temperatures begin to drop.

I changed:

Control Board.
Back Plane Board.
Digital Board.
Analog Board.

Same result, starts perfect but when it reaches operating temperature, disconnect the heater and not reconnect.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, we have now reinstalled all the software (frimware and software) and we have already solved the problem of temperature.

I now find myself with another problem. Printing random jumps.

And we have already reviewed the encoder and what we have adjusted.

Same error.

Thank you for your help.
