we have a strange problem while printing. Printheads starts to fire ink in the middle of printing. It is not happening all the time, but when it starts i have no idea how to stop it, it fires atleast every 10cm and if You restart it appears from the beginning of print job. Most of the time in the morning we dont have this problem. Strange thing is that it appears only on part of printer and it moves, i mean if You print 1.6m roll, put it in the right side of printer if these stripes appear, You move roll to the left side and it is ok. But finally it will move to left side and... after printing for longer time stripes increase
we have changed Pixel board, Pixel cable, Digital Board.
Does your qs have more than one carriage speed setting? If so, which speed are you running it at? It does better in the morning? How long will it print before the lines start to appear?
