Hi there, I hope someone can help, my seiko 64s on test print mode prints just 1 line and goes back to the capping station then freezes, yet the LCD screen writes printing. I have disconnected the computer to enable me ascertain if it's from the computer or the printer and I have confirmed it's a printer problem
