Vutek QS3200 error message "OVERFLOW IN CARRIAGE VACUUM CHAMBER CLEARED!"

The message appeared part way through printing, "OVERFLOW IN CARRIAGE VACUUM CHAMBER CLEARED!" the carriage then stopped and capped the heads the machine then started beeping. We cleaned the heads emptied the overflow and re-started the machine, it started printing but them stopped and did the same again. Can anybody help please!!

Have you checked the float sensor for the overflow reservoir? If it is down and still giving the error you should be able to disconnect the sensor. Just make sure the ink is not still backing up into the negative vacuum lines.

According to chapter 7 page 1 of the Service guide (if you don't have one there's a link below to dropbox pdf.) the most
common problem is the float sensor malfunctioning.
