Been having the " Light Cyand secondary tank 8 high" error for a couple days now. It can pop between prints or during prints. been purging like crazy, still not working. Any tips?
You need to check cable from tank to back plane. Maybe is just unplugged or dirty (ink). Second check do you have really high level in this tank. If not, you can change cover from this tank with same from CYAN. If problem will move to cyan you need buy new cover to tank.
