AutoClean after prints?

Does antyone know if you can turn off the function that automatically cleans the heads after printing something.


 I am printing alot and after every few prints it automativcally cleans itself. It is very annoying.

you can turn it of!

go to "h. mnte" (head maintenece) menu in servis part of menu...

to get to that part do this:

offline

cancle, shift, cancle, cancle

shift, up, down, right,

Why is it exactly that you need a sercet code to access these things.


I think its because the Japanese are very very sneaky.

seiko say that everything in the maint mode can adversly effect the overall running capability of the printer and therefore it needs to be protected. fine if only the tech people know the code, but as everybody knows it now seems a bit pointless.

they gave you code in the instalation manual...

no matter that, if somebody do something wrong with his machine it isn't and it want be covered with warenty or something like that...

they aren't giving you code cause there is posibilite that you will help yourself without paying them or their dealers...
