Double strike in crop marks/thin lines

Has anyone come across a "double strike" in crop marks and thin lines on the 64s?
We are trying to run a job with crop marks on it but the crop mark seems to be made of two verticle lines.

Release delay for the HP8000...

Hp is struggeling to get the 8000 model to work.
Ink delivery is the problem as it runs less nozzels and currently it is banding bad, still the 9000 will be released on time. (the 8000 is the slower budget version, this one to really grow the market)

Does anyone know where I can get some Electrostatic Clearview for solvent printing? If you don't know, clearview is that stuff with little holes in that usually comes as a SAV - but in this case I need it removeable and reusable. Any ideas?
